Delivery and payment

Delivery Methods

Delivery of the product to the client is carried out only after a partial or full prepayment has been made by any of the above options. All products are delivered unassembled, in their original packaging. We give a 50% discount on the delivery of upholstered furniture by the Meest carrier to the branch (we refund the money to your bank card). In the case of address delivery, or in the case of delivery of upholstered furniture by the Nova Poshta carrier, the amount of compensation is equal to the above discount.

Pickup
This option is possible only for residents of Dnipro and nearby settlements. By prior arrangement with the factory manager, you can pick up the goods from the warehouse yourself.
Courier own delivery in Dnipro and nearby settlements
When making a purchase, you agree with the factory manager on the date and delivery address. On the appointed day, our courier will contact you and specify the delivery time convenient for you. When receiving an order, you need to have a passport with you, and a legal entity - in addition to an identity document, a power of attorney to receive the goods.

The cost of courier delivery is calculated by the manager when placing an order.

With courier delivery, we provide additional services for bringing into the apartment and assembling furniture. The price of the service depends on the size and type of furniture and is calculated by the manager when ordering.
Delivery across Ukraine by transport companies according to their tariffs (If you are unable to select the region (region) of delivery you need, please indicate the delivery method - Pickup by yourself. Later, the manager will contact you and agree on the delivery address).
We deliver any furniture to any locality in Ukraine (except for part of the territories of Donetsk, Lugansk regions and Crimea), in which transport companies operate: "Nova Poshta", "Mist express", "SAT" .

The cost of delivery is calculated by the transport company based on the weight and dimensions of the goods, as well as depending on the type of delivery you have chosen: to the carrier's warehouse or address delivery.

 

After placing an order, our manager will contact you and specify - the form of payment, delivery time and to which branch of Nova Poshta, Mist-Express, SAT or the address where to send the goods.

Products are shipped by the carrier sealed in a cardboard package, always in a wooden frame and insured for the full value.

You pay for the delivery yourself upon the arrival of the order in your locality.

The carrier provides a floor lift service for an additional fee.

Production time of products TM "MAXI-MEbel": 5-10 days (cabinet furniture), 10-14 days (upholstered furniture).

Product Verification

You can receive your order from the carrier's warehouse or by address delivery by presenting your passport and declaration number.

Attention! We insure our furniture. Immediately, in the presence of an employee of the transport company, carefully check the completeness and integrity of the goods - there should be no external defects and mechanical damage. Keep all receipts.

HOW IT IS CORRECT TO ACCEPT THE GOODS FROM THE CARRIER COMPANY TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXCHANGE THE GOODS OR CASH REFUNDS IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE TO THE GOODS DURING TRANSPORTATION:

  3. SIGN DOCUMENT AND PICK UP THE PRODUCT.

Volume discount on purchase:

  • from 5 pcs - 10% discount,
  • from 10 pcs - 12% discount,
  • from 20 pcs - 15% discount,
  • from 50 pcs - 17% discount

Minimum order amount excluding VAT = 500 UAH.

For VAT payers - for orders from UAH 10,000. payment with VAT is possible.

Delivery is carried out at the carrier's tariffs at the expense of the buyer (free delivery in Ukraine for an order amount over UAH 30,000. Free delivery cannot be combined with a volume discount). "MAXI-Mebel" offers you all the advantages of online shopping with the ability to receive goods at a convenient place and at a convenient time.

Orders are processed from 9-00 to 18-00, Mon-Sat.

Outside business hours, you can place an order through the basket - our manager will contact you the next day.

We produce all furniture at the factory to order, taking into account the requirements of customers regarding color, size, design. Therefore, we work under the terms of partial or full prepayment.
