Any furniture of TM "MAXI-Furniture" can be made with painted glossy or matt MDF facades 19 mm thick. (color palette according to the RAL color chart). The cost of manufacturing furniture with painted MDF facades (instead of facades made of chipboard) will be UAH 4880.00 in addition to the cost of the product. per square meter of facades. For products with a facade area of less than 0.5 sq.m. the surcharge will be UAH 2440.00. (that is, the cost is equal to the cost of a painted MDF facade with an area of 0.5 sq.m.). For showcase facades (glass 4 mm, without sampling for glass) the surcharge will be UAH 5860.00. per square meter of facades. For showcase facades with a facade area of less than 0.3 sq.m. surcharge will be UAH 2930.00.
For an accurate selection of the color of the facades, you can order a color sample 200x300 mm in size. Sample cost - 450 UAH. (plus delivery by New mail). Furniture with painted MDF facades is made to order, therefore it is not subject to exchange and return.

Warranty obligations
The manufacturer guarantees comppance of the product with the above-mentioned characteristics provided that the conditions of transportation, storage, assembly, and rules of use of the product are followed. The manufacturer accepts all warranty obpgations within 12 months from the date of sale. Claims regarding the quapty of facades are accepted within the warranty period upon mandatory presentation of the order form. Warranty obpgations include rectifying defects on facades caused by the manufacturer or replacing facades with detected production defects.
The warranty service does not cover:
- defects caused by non-comppance with instructions for transportation, use, and storage.
- mechanical damage caused by loading and unloading, transportation, storage, and installation.
- use for unintended purposes.
- traces of chemical substances, temperature effects, excessive soaking of facades.
- intentional damage.
- damage caused by force majeure events (fire, flood, natural disasters).
Rules for operation of MDF facades.
Painted MDF facades should be used in warm and dry rooms, where there are no sudden temperature changes and the normal mode of air humidity is maintained. Various deviations from the recommended mode can cause a deterioration in the appearance of the facades and even damage them.
Enamelled facades are negatively affected by prolonged exposure to hot air flows (from a kitchen oven or stove). Air with a temperature exceeding 70°C can cause haze and damage to the façade coating. It is not recommended to install facades at a distance of less than one meter from heaters, windows with direct sunlight and other powerful sources of heat and light.
It is not allowed to cool the facades below -25°C, cracking of the paintwork is possible.
Facades made of MDF coated with enamel should be carefully protected from excessive exposure to moisture, which leads to distortion and swelling of the material.
Contact with acids, solvent, acetone, alcohol on the surface can damage the paintwork. As a result of such exposure, stains, washouts, dilutions, and peeling of the paintwork are formed. Carefully study the composition of household chemicals that you use to clean and wash facades. Abrasive powders can damage the surface, cause scratches on a flat surface.
The main rule for proper care of painted facades is the use of soft, specially designed products that do not contain solvents, acids and other aggressive substances. The instructions of most manufacturers indicate for which surface and material the product was developed. Dust and stains should be removed with a soft, dry sponge or cloth. Microfibers for household appliances are well suited. It is recommended to clean any piece of furniture as soon as possible after it has become dirty.
The air temperature during storage of facades is not lower than +5 °С. Storing facades at negative temperatures causes damage to the paintwork of the facade, delamination and even peeling. Compliance with all the above rules and recommendations will significantly extend the life of painted MDF facades, preserve their aesthetic appearance and visual appeal.
