MAKSI-MEbli informs Users about the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, MAKSI-MEbli applies during the processing of personal data by users who have registered on the Site, landing pages, in a mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Site) or during calls or by sending messages.

By providing MAKSI-MEbli with their personal data, Users expressly provide MAKSI-MEbli or any of CompanyName's subsidiaries with their consent to the processing of such data in accordance with the terms of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy and for the purposes set out in this policy . The user can only be a person over 18 years old. Users can exercise all the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts at any time.

The data collected by MAKSI-MEbli is used only to achieve the goal: to manage and provide the requested services; providing security and an appropriate environment for the secure provision of services; informing users, sending updates and marketing information.

MAKSI-MEbli collects information directly from users, as well as information that is provided in an indirect way.

a). Information provided directly by users

  • Registration Data: information provided by Users Name and email address.
  • User User Information: information that Users add in order to be able to use the MAKSI-MEbli services, i.e. mobile phone number and delivery address. Users can view and edit their personal information whenever they wish. CompanyName does not store users' credit card details, but such details are transferred to licensed electronic payment operators, receive data and store them in order to facilitate the process of making payment to Users and manage such data on behalf of CompanyName. MAKSI-MEbli under no circumstances stores such data on its servers. Users can delete the details of their bank cards linked to their account at any time. This will force the service provider to remove such information. In this case, to place new orders, these data will need to be entered again. Users can request these providers to provide them with their privacy policy at any time.
  • Additional information that Users wish to provide: any information that a User may provide to MAKSI-MEbli for other purposes. Examples include a user photo or billing address for users who have opted in to receive receipts from MAKSI-MEbli.
  • CompanyName's Contact Information MAKSI-MEbli has access to information provided by Users to resolve any questions or complaints regarding the use of the MAKSI-MEbli Website, through the Feedback Form, by email or by phone via customer service.

CompanyName needs to process this data in order to fulfill its contractual obligations. If the User does not provide data, the requested services may not be available and MAKSI-MEbli will not be able to provide them.

b). Information directly provided to Users when using the website:

- Use Data: MAKSI-MEbli collects data that is generated each time Users interact with the website.

- Application and device data: MAKSI-MEbli stores data on the device and in the application that Users use to access services
