1. Cutting and processing of panel materials

Furniture factory "MAXI-MEbel" offers cutting services on high-precision European equipment. When cutting and processing panel materials, quality is very important. Here you will receive parts with high cut quality and precise dimensions.

Our company performs rectilinear cutting and cutting of slabs at an angle, as well as radial (curvilinear) cutting of slabs on a CNC woodworking center with high-quality processing of cut edges. (any board materials: laminated and sanded chipboard, refined and sanded fiberboard, countertops, plywood, OSB-boards, MDF-boards).

Laminated chipboard (chipboard)"SWISS KRONO", "Swisspan by Sorbes +", "Kronospan", "EGGER"

Laminated chipboard is a chipboard covered with laminate on both sides.

Chipboard has a wide range of advantages:

  • wide range of colors,
  • many textures,
  • imitation of the structure of natural wood,
  • ability to withstand loads,
  • heat resistance,
  • ease of handling and storage.

Fiberboard (ODVP and HDF)

These are sheet materials obtained from wood fibers by pressing at a high temperature.

These materials are used in the furniture industry for the manufacture of back walls or drawer bottoms. Ennobled fibreboard (ODVP), also known as painted fibreboard. The surface of the ODVP is coated on one side with a special dye to give the material an aesthetic appearance (wood decor or unicolor) and to protect it from external influences.

Decorated High Density Fiberboard (HDF) is a hard material with a decorative finish. It differs from ODVP in a more homogeneous structure and higher density.

"LuxeForm" Countertops & Wall Panels

Ukrainian manufacturer TM "LuxeForm" is a high reliability of products and a wide range of models (more than 100 decors) – wood, fantasy and one-color execution), in glossy and matt production options, 28 mm thick and 38 mm. We also offer wall panels 8 mm thick to match the countertops.

Reliability of edge fastening and high-quality processing of joints are ensured by the use of modern European equipment and high-quality industrial glue Jowat Jowatherm.

Furniture edge ТМ "TERMOPAL", "DC", "REHAU"

The furniture edge protects the ends of the laminated chipboard from damage and moisture, and also gives the details from the chipboard an aesthetic look. The model range repeats the decors of laminated chipboard. Thickness – 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, width – 21 and 41 mm.

Derived from:

  • polyvinyl chloride (PVC edge),
  • acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS edging),
  • acrylic (glossy or 3D edging).
