{"title":"","heading_title":"Warranty","description":"<p><strong>The warranty for all products purchased in the official online store of the furniture factory <\/strong> \"<strong>MAXI-MEbel<\/strong>\" <strong> is 12 months. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Within 12 months, according to the Law of Ukraine \"On Protection of Consumer Rights\", we undertake warranty service obligations, namely:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>We eliminate manufacturing defects free of charge.<\/li>\n\t<li>We replace the damaged part of the product.<\/li>\n\t<li>We replace the entire product with a new one (if the defect cannot be eliminated).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Since the factory is equipped with modern high-tech European equipment and each product undergoes a four-stage quality control, warranty cases are very rare. All products of <strong> TM \"MAXI-MEbel\" <\/strong> have certificates and sanitary and hygienic conclusions.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Warranty Terms<\/h2>\n\n<p>The warranty covers manufacturing defects, product defects caused by the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n<p>The warranty for furniture is 12 months from the date of sale, provided that the furniture is handled correctly and the terms of the warranty are met. During the warranty period, we will eliminate manufacturing defects free of charge, and if it is impossible to eliminate the defect, we will replace the part or the whole product.<\/p>\n\n<p>Upon receipt of the furniture, the Buyer must check the glass and mirrors for integrity, chips, scratches, and the integrity of the packaging. If the packaging is broken, check the quantity and completeness of the attachment.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Furniture warranty does not apply: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>in the absence of a sales receipt (order form), confirming the purchase of furniture from the seller;<\/li>\n\t<li>when parts swell under the influence of water or other liquid;<\/li>\n\t<li>on mounted parts with mechanical damage;<\/li>\n\t<li>for furniture with structural changes that are not envisaged by their manufacturer;<\/li>\n\t<li>for furniture damaged by the natural disaster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Keep the original packaging until the end of assembly, <\/strong> as replacement for a complaint can only be made in the original packaging. The warranty will be void if the part to be replaced has already been installed or there are indications that the part has already been used (screw in, cut a hole, etc.). Claims are accepted in writing to the e-mail address of the factory ..<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Furniture cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>custom-made furniture (custom sizes, custom-made colors, custom-made equipment);<\/li>\n\t<li>assembled furniture or furniture that has traces of assembly (since such furniture, after assembly, belongs to the category of used furniture);<\/li>\n\t<li>lack of factory packaging and labeling;<\/li>\n\t<li>furniture with mechanical damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In case of refusal, at the initiative of the Client, to receive a serial model of furniture of proper quality, made in accordance with the order and without defects - payment of the cost of delivery in both directions is carried out at the expense of the Client.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Rules for receiving furniture:<\/h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>The representative performing the delivery must count together with you the number of packages included in the product, incl. together with fittings and glass, if packed separately;<\/li>\n\t<li>Inspect the packaging for damage;<\/li>\n\t<li>Check for damaged glass and mirrors;<\/li>\n\t<li>Sign on the receipt of the goods, indicating the number of places and confirming that the glass (mirror) is not damaged;<\/li>\n\t<li>The sales receipt (order) will remain with you in the future and will function as a warranty card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Upon receipt of the goods to keep the warranty<\/h3>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li><strong>Check if the packaging is not damaged <\/strong><br \/>\n\tDo not sign the invoice ahead of schedule. If there is a suspicion that the order was repackaged, or the packaging has through holes, severe damage, dents, record the violations. And check if the content is intact.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<\/li>\n\t<li><strong>Check the number of seats and weight with what is indicated in the documents <\/strong><br \/>\n\tWhat is missing - demonstrate this to the department staff and draw up an act in which you indicate the disagreements.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<\/li>\n\t<li><strong>Check the integrity and completeness <\/strong><br \/>\n\tLook for chips, scratches, damage. Check glass and mirror surfaces especially carefully. The warranty does not cover damage in transit.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><img alt=\"\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"..\/image\/catalog\/design\/111.jpg\" style=\"width: 100%;\" \/><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>If you have any problems and the department employees refuse to draw up an act, immediately contact us to solve the problem. If possible, document the damage with a photo or video. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2>Returning goods<\/h2>\n\n<p>We act in accordance with the law \"On the protection of consumer rights\" and grant the buyer the right to return or exchange furniture within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>The product was not used, assembled or assembled.<\/li>\n\t<li>The packaging and all its components are preserved and intact.<\/li>\n\t<li>The furniture has retained its presentation, properties, original equipment, including instructions, labels, etc.<\/li>\n\t<li>There is a sales receipt, invoice, documents confirming payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Attention! According to the Public Offer Agreement, a batch of furniture (2 units or more), custom-made furniture, and discounted furniture are not subject to return!!! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>For a return or exchange of goods, contact the manager at the contacts indicated on the site.
